For basic eyes apply darker shades in the outer corner of the eyes. Use an upward lift at the corner to bring out the shape of your eyes.
For more prominent eyes the aim is to minimise the eye shape and create the appearance of a natural eye. Apply medium and dark shades of colour over the entire upper eyelid and blend softly into the browline. Next, apply the darker shades from the crease to the lashes over three-quarters of the lid. Finally, apply liner to your lash base from corner to corner, smudging upward to give your eyes a smouldering, mysterious look.
For hidden eyes the idea is to create a dimension for the eyelid. First, carefully apply a deep, strong shadow colour over the entire upper lid. Next highlight your browbone with a lighter shade. Finally, line close to the lash base, then emphasise the natural lift at the corners to give hidden eyes an alluring shape
