From the top of the eyelid, apply liner from the outer edge towards the middle, staying as close to your eyelashes as possible. At the middle point, begin to slightly raise the line extending to the outer corner. Fill in with the pencil if needed. For the lower edge of the eye, apply liner only to the centre of the lid.
Hints & Tips
Gently wipe the end of the Pencil with a tissue before use to remove protective wax coating.
Use side of Pencil (not tip) for a natural soft effect.
